Notes:
1.  Year minimum means that if we only have minumum income this is the year we may acomplish this.  Note that we can sometimes substitute labor for money.
2.  Minimum cost means we will be restricted by money.
3.  Item is the project we expect to be working on.
4.  Maximum cost means we won't be restricted by money (but, more likely, by volunteers).
5.  Year maximum means that if we are not limited by money we may accomplish this item in this year.
*This assumes we don't operate into the winter at all.
**These are pretty wild guesses.
***Very minimum operation in the winter
#This assumes hired personnel because we'd have difficulty running continuously with our current volunteers.
##Does not include annual operation.

Disclaimer: This table is a pretty rough estimate.  If I were actually budgeting for this I'd do a lot more research so these numbers should thus be viewed with some skepticism.  But it is a place to start.  Since there are a lot of things not included a more realistic budget would be about twice the numbers specified here.

It would be nice if we had enough money for full up operations for 2 years.  To be reguarded as fully funded then we would possibly need as much as $364,000!  A lot more money than we are likely to see...
