Carrots - Area B

The carrot spot is broken into two areas; the northern most (area B) is 12" by 4 feet or 4 square feet. Ray planted Nantes Half Long carrot seed tape in this area on 6/1/04. Those that were harvested (all that grew) are listed here; please note that the carrots numbers are in order they were picked and include the number from area A so they are not all in order. In general the bigger carrots were picked first (to allow the smaller ones more time to grow). Please note that the yield for each carrot is calculated on just the growing area needed for that carrot.
